MANNY'S SB CONSTRUCTION INC

I am a real estate agent and i have been in a lot of house inspections. I am soundly knowledgeable about houses and i am very picky on who does work in my home. I met with Manny and i have met with 3 other companies before him but i felt more confident with Manny. From the beginning to the end, his team was very careful of not damaging my property anf left it in the same shape as they came. They make sure the area was clean and safe. After they left, i called one of the inspectors of my real estate team to check out their job, and he said they did an excelent job. Manny's team is highly professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone for any type of roofing jobs.

Manny picked up the phone when I called on a Sunday. Came over within a half hour and fixed our roof that was leaking into my kitchen. He climbed up and determined where the leak was coming from just from my descriptions. We have had NO LEAKS in this area since. We have had many extreme rainstorms. Manny is our new go to roofing company. Professional, on time and worked out a great price for our budget.

Very knowledgeable. Like a doctor, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a day. Water would leak from a window. He figured out what the problem was.
